Tuina for Rehabilitation (30 Class Hour >>  

Tuina involves a variety of bodywork techniques for treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and internal organ disorders. It is used at hospitals for orthopedic, stroke, and other forms of rehabilitation in China. This is the first in a series on rehab care.

Course Objectives:

  • Explain purposes, major benefits of Tuina.
  • Apply Tuina techniques for Cervical Spondylopathy, Tendonitis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
  • Apply commonly used Chinese herbal formulae to enhance the healing result.
