Sport Massage helps athletes to achieve their best performance, reduce the chance of injury and recover from injury and fatigue.

Course Objectives:

• Explain the purposes, major benefits and contraindications.
• Perform pre-event and post-event massage and general procedures for each.
• Apply Chinese herbal formulas for common injuries.
