Reiki Level One is a simple way to channel naturally-occurring energy toward healing and other tasks.  During your Level One training, you will receive an attunement, which establishes new channels for you to receive energy and transfer it to others.  The workshop and attunement are based on Mikao Usui’s system: Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Course Objectives:

• To help people establish a reliable connection with universal life force.
• To explore the nature of healing energy
• To perform the initial Reiki Level One attunement
• To practice the twelve hand positions for a one hour Reiki treatment session
• To practice a standard self-treatment
• To discuss various concepts and personal experiences in the group setting
