Qizhi Gao,D.O.M., Dipl. OM,  President and Founder of the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine, has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine since 1980. Dr. Gao specializes in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Qi Gong. He is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine and holds a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dr. Gao is the former President of the Acupuncture Association of Kansas, is a member of the KCCM Faculty, and is President of the College Board of Directors. Dr. Gao is on active medical staff at Select Specialty Hospital and is the former Director of Integrative Medicine, Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital, Wichita, KS where he was responsible for development and direction of the stroke rehabilitation research and treatment program

Janet L. Gao, B.S., holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Management and Development from Friends University, Wichita, KS. She has thirty-one years progressive business management and business education experience. Janet serves as the Vice President Administration, is a member of the KCCM Faculty and is Secretary-Treasurer of the College Governing and Advisory Boards.
